Each member of our team in Honduras forms a part of one body, one unified community. Every department has their unique contributions to the Farm. Our director, the Clinical Team, and Franciscan Sisters provide essential leadership for programmatic decisions. Missionaries and tías are the muscle on the ground, making meals and running programs that keep children joyful and engaged. The health care, teaching, and maintenance teams specialize in fields that offer essential care for the children: health, education, and safety. We are grateful for each and every member of our team in Honduras. They are truly a reflection of the Body of Christ.
