Two things to come to mind immediately: (1) More so than any other volunteer program that I encountered, I really fell in love with the richness of the Farm of the Child\'s mission -- which centers not only the lives of the kids entrusted to our care, but also on the creation of a more loving and just world. (2) I see in the Farm of the Child a place, a program, and a community that will best help to shape me into the type of person I\'d like to be. |
