The Farm is absolutely making a difference - and not just in my life. I have seen kids who first come to the Farm, without having had nourishment, supervision, guidance, a healthy home, etc. It is amazing to see the transformation in just a few months in what love, positive attention, consistency and routine make in their lives. The Farm also makes a difference in the lives of the volunteers -- we often share about how we are going to take what we have learned and live out the pillars in our lives back home.

Working at the school has been an extremely gratifying experience. I know that not only our children but our neighbor children as well are receiving an incredible education. Their alternative is a one room school house and instead they are in small classes with teachers dedicated to coming every day and pushing them to do their best. At parent teachers conferences, when I see very poor parents come and talk with the teachers, totally dedicated to their children\'s education, one that most of them did not get, I feel so proud to have a chance to participate in the success of the school.
